Bus Regulation

To ensure a smooth and safe journey, please take note of the following:

Passengers should arrive 15–30 minutes before departure time.
Each passenger may bring up to 20kg of luggage and 01 small handbag.
Children under 5 years of age can travel for free if they share a seat with an accompanying adult.
No pets allowed. Not suitable for wheelchair users.
Please remove shoes before entering the sleeping cabin.
Smoking, alcohol, or strong-smelling food are not allowed on board.
The bus makes several short stops for food, restrooms, and passenger pick-up/drop-off.
For changes or cancellations, please contact us at least 12 hours before departure.

Payment Policy

Booking your seat with us is simple, secure, and flexible.

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:

Online Payment: You can pay securely via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Cash Payment: You may also pay directly at our office or to our bus representative at the pick-up point.

After your payment is confirmed, an e-ticket will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp, including your cabin number and full booking details.

✅ Note:
If you prefer to pay in cash on the bus, our staff will contact you approximately 24 hours before departure to collect a deposit (minimum 100,000 VND) in order to confirm your booking.
